we work for 3-4 years with Effetitex S.r.l., they usually send the goods delayed, but our last 3 orders did not send to us untill now, we paid for %70 (around 9000 Euro) 1 years ago, but they said us that they can not goods to us, and i offered them to purchase another spare parts that they have already in stock and they confirmed, but they still did not the goods and also do not reply my phone or e-mails, I noticed now that they are very famous in bad way in all Italian textile market.
