We were instructed to purchase this part from Components-Center by our end us customer as normal supply chain lead time was too long. “Dave” at Components-Center was very responsive and helpful in the quote and ordering process. He confirmed shipment would be made as soon as payment received. Responded daily throughout process until required wire payment was made for first order. No response has been received since that time (2+ weeks). No one answers phone or responds to emails although they show delivered. Our customer’s China office also tried contacting but received same – no phone answered, and no email returned.

I was not aware of this web site and will definitely check in the future. We won’t order from on-line vendors from China anymore.
