We contacted the seller regarding specific electrical components we had a need for. We had several emails with “Frank” who provided us a quotation. We eventually placed the order, and when components were “ready to ship”, we wired payment to the supplier. The components were never received. Repeated attempts to reach the seller were made, including using all available email addresses and phone numbers listed on their website. They went completely silent and did not respond to any inquiries.
