User Experience:
I am the purchasing manager of a company based in Ireland. We had quality problems from the first order with Prior Parts. Their Samsung screens are manufactured with poor quality LCD screens instead of OLED. They stop working with the slightest impact. Every Samsung repair using Prior Parts screens came back broken again within a week. Once you might think it is the customer chancing his/her arm but every time. The iPhone screens had a very high failure rate. Charging ports pieces have to be good quality because if you are getting “no service” you have to know the charging port is good otherwise you start looking at baseband ICs etc. The charging port pieces from Prior Parts were of mixed quality at best, the same for iPhone home buttons.
Warranty procedure for faulty parts was very difficult and has yet to be resolved. I would not recommend Prior Parts as a good company to do business with.
User Recommendations:
Don’t stay loyal to one company, keep your options open, play one of the other. Also Chinese companies do not like negative reviews.
