In June of this year I contacted Mr. LULU for ask about the MOQ and price of the Wapping BOPP Film.
Mr. LULU tell me the price and the MOQ is 1TON but i needed 0.5 TON. Then Mr. LULU tell, no problem for cooperation we will accept the 0.5 TON order. Next I asked about the product sample, after around one month he sent me two samples:
BOPP 2 side heat sealing film Sample A
BOPP 2 side heat sealing film Sample B
The two samples were high quality I tested the two films on my wrapping machine and asked for my machine suppler for check the Film quality.
So I decided to order 0.5 ton of the BOPP 2 side heat sealing film Sample A. The ordered product arrived in October. To my surprise, I went to test the product arrived at heat sell function. Already sent more than 50 emails, half answered me.
Even I sent the photos showing the difference of the film, he persists and saying that this is my mistake and the product he sent me is same as the sample.
