We ask him sell us hdpe blowing graed virgin and he give us good prices. He show me BL export and certificate and vat . we send deposit 3450 $ to him after that he loaded 27 ton and show me photo. But he send photo load no real . its play in photo .we see that . and after talk him about photo. He said dont worry we send real goods virgin hdpe . we talk him no accept this photo and we need rejected this container .or send document to do inspect in port .but him no accept . after countiner come to me port . cargo send to ke arrive reporting . him send to us salt . and him also play in bl and all document
after that now nobody answer us
please dont work with him its good cheat us

I saw a lots of cheating companies in Hebei. Our company has been cheated by HEBEI DISHA IMPORT & EXPORT TRADING CO., LTD. Through Made-in-china, we knew and signed the contract with them to buy 06 tons of Caprolactam. We transferred them full money. However, when we received the goods at our habour, we discovered that they sent us only 01 ton of real goods, 05 others are fake goods (fly ash). When we asked them to refund or send us replacement, they not cooperate and seem ignore as a professional cheater.
