The problems with this supplier are mostly 2.
First problem is that quality is becoming very poor and the number of lamps failed increased. In some order we had 100% of failure after few monts.
Second problem is that on the contract lamps has 3 years warranty, but each time the suppluer refuse to replace the parts under warranty, or thet looked for an excuse to not respect their warranty policy.
Few monts ago I had a whole order that failed, after 1 month of discussion, my supplier told me that it was necessary that I send back failed lamps to their company for inspection. I collected all the lamps and when I was ready to send them, they told me that they don’t have import lycence, so they can receive the lamps. So I had to by the same lamps from another supplier to replace them to my customer.
One month ago I had another problem on an order of November 2015.
During this time they try to ignore my request and they invent a new excuse to not provide me new parts under warranty.
