I was in need of Aluminum windows of several sizes and designs and while searching the internet I found this site www.foncci.com with beautiful designs.
So I contacted the supplier with my requests and he answered promptly. I wondered if they could also make aluminum garage doors and he confirmed that too.
To start with production, I had to submit 100% payment. Goods would be ready for shipment in a reasonable 6 weeks. After submitting the payment, all correspondence stopped.

This person did not reply my emails while inquiring about production status and/or delivery time. I called once or twice and he replied the goods were being fabricated. insistent calling since then had no results. He always just dropped the call without answering. When I requested another supplier to try to contact this fellow and see what was happening, he answered this supplier in a very rude way and hung up.
Trying to contact this fellow ever since had no results. He just ignores them all.

Be very careful when contacting ‘unknown’ companies over the internet. Sometimes the websites look rather professional so you may tend to think the company is real. Especially small enterprises should be careful if you cannot pay for a third party to verify the company. Sometimes the cost of service of this verifying party may be too high to justify the service if relatively small order are intended to be submitted.
