User Experience:
We have been purchasing products from Xytronic in Taiwan for more than 25 years. We have never had a problem before. PO given to them in Aug 2016 usual delivery is 8-10 weeks. When we didn’t receive any response to our emails, said ever rec’d Po so we re-issued. Xytronic is in the process of taking on new work for Starbucks USA, and instead of filling orders that they have in house already, have chosen to push our company aside. This is almost putting us out of business. If we don’t receive product soon our customers will go elsewhere.

User Recommendations:
Never take manufacturer’s word even after they assure you that they will have good news for you in 2 wks because 2 wks never coming, and only bad news does.

Not sure if we will have to hire lawyer to gets goods supplied back, it is to early to tell yet.
