Needed two very simple parts made, but it has been nearly a year and no parts have arrived. Responses take 10+ days and they NEVER answer the questions that were asked. Any other company could have had these very simple items finished and shipped within 2 months.

they were able to provide samples that were promised and have begun production.”
We are very eager to have a conference call with SSSquid Tuning to solve all the problems at present, and asked them to tell us the mobile phone number as their telephone number can’t be availabel all all, but they can’t tell us the mobile phone number yet.
1) we tried our many times to call their telephone number from SSSquid Tuning at our time 11:30pm -12:00pm (their time 9:30am to 10:00am) , but alwahys be infomred that telephone number is not available.
2) We informed SSSquid Tuning many times that we would like to have a video meeting (or call meeting) with SSSquid Tuning, but always can’t receive their confirmation.
3) we sent many emails to SSSquid Tuning, but can’t receive any reply from them.
Since I worked in the China Synergy Manufacturing Group in 2012, I never received this unrealistic slander from my clients.
Because we always put our clients on the first position, and hope we can have a good business relationship with our all clients.
Dear Tom Shelly, after you said the unrealistic slander here on Oct. 11,2017, we are still helping your company to modify the mold according to your company’s new drawing sent us on Sep. 18 and confirm us the design change on Sep. 26,2017.
Please note: this new drawing still have design issue.
We would like to help your company resolve the design issue and would like to provide a good sample for your company ASAP, but …..you have no sincerity！！！
SSSquid Tuning (http://sssquid.com/): we heard from their new worker that this company only has 8 people and have no inability to design products from their drawing.
But our company China Synergy Manufacturing Group have 100workers and have a professional team of engineers. From the begining of inquire, we always help them modify the design and try to meet their need.
1) Tom Shelly from SSSquid Tuning (http://sssquid.com/) is not honest at all.
2) Tom Shelly said that we didn’t reply his emails during our Chinese National day
3) The samples from his company is different from the design of the drawing. And there are some design issue.
4）In fact, we delivered the sample within 45 days, and it was completed under the circumstances of very strict environmental inspection. If you did business with chinese supplier, you will know the fact that some printing factories were requried to be closed during the environmental inspection including our printing supplier.
Employee has threatened legal action against my company because I posted our experience. They said we must take this down or they will sue us.
