I choose this company over 3 other options at Alibaba that offer high-end kitchen cabinets. We carried out a due diligence and all seemed ok, but we did not visit the facility. We wanted to have a new supplier for cabinets and give a try to this company.

At the beginning it was ok up to the purchase order that my company sent with the 50% deposit. From there all went wrong.

Communication was very poor, not even responding at some point. Jessica (one of seller’s customer service agent), tried hard to mix things up. It was a real painful. She gave us a bank account information in Hong-Kong, while the company is in china. We did pay the deposit to this account, but they told us they have closed that accont and provided a new one. Since they did not receive the deposit, they decided to hold on the production for 2 weeks until we receive the money back and sent a new bank transfert. We were frustrated since this issue was not caused by us and it was creating delays in the production line.

Our PO specified that we require detailled pictures of the assembled cabinets before shipping. They were not able to provide these. They sent us 4 repeated pictures where cabinets are clearly not assembled and with missed parts. We have asked for pictures during 2 weeks without answer.

Finally they respond saying the package was already at the port and they were not longer able to take pictures. They asked to pay the remaining 50%. But we have no proofs of what was inside the packaging. Their excuse was that they cannot go to the production line to take pictures, that was not part of their politics. We were so frustrated.

We agreed to pay 30% of the remainding 50% of the PO. When we did it to the new bank account they provided, they said that account was no longuer in use and we have to resend the bank transfer to a third account. It was unbelievable. Again stuck at the port for some time until we resolved this issue.

The delay on this order was so important that our company had to order new cabinets at a local store, loosing over 11,000 $ and our credibility with clients. It was a very bad experience. We will not recommend this company at all in any sense, for any kind of business relationship.

We have more than 15 years experience in ordering overseas. Most of our suppliers are from China. This is the worst ever supplier in our list.

Do not trust pictures, these are not from their factory. Pictures they sent to us were Photoshoped images. Later we saw the real ones!
