Initially advance payment 30% made based on the Per forma Invoice, and i have received the shipping documents such as Bill of Loading, Packing List, Certificate of Origin from Chamber of Commerce of Thailand, Commercial Invoice by email after one week. And i have received the shipping tracking and shipping agent details (SunStar Global Logistics – https://www.sunstargloballogistics.com ) from supplier. I checked the status of cargo it was indicated that the goods departed from port of Thailand to Singapore ( BL No: SSGL8241436487937 )

After receiving the copy of document the balance payment has been sent to the bank account. Totally 4700$ made to bank accounts.

Suddenly i received mail from supplier asking for Custom Brokerage License or 3100USD to show at the Singapore port or get license from Thailand authority ( our port is Colombo) it make me doubt on this dealing.

Again received another mail demands for Labeling document or charges for that sum of 2100 USD.

his made me vigilant, i asked him that our agreement was on CIF Rate to the port of Colombo. Thus i could not pay any amount until the goods reached at the Port of Colombo.

Now the supplier not responding the my calls or whats app message.
