Our company had an initial order with the Inner Mongolia Set Sail Chemical Co Ltd. They sent us COA for the product which is suited us completly. We bought 1,2 Propyleneglycol on 50% pre-payment basis the rest 50% after receiving copy of BL. We received water instead of the 1,2 Propyleneglycol . The drums without labels, even weigh in the drums didn’t conform to declared. Just horror of horrors!
