All communication was made through emails, with commercial department (David Tan) and other person (Sam Lim). We established the conditions, requirements and paid 30% of the order price, before they started with the process. Due to the long manufacturing process, we have been in the contact all the time, in order to get information how the manufacturing is progressing. Until this point, all seemed to go well. Month after they started with the process, the problems start appearing, they realize that they won’t be able to finish until the due date and that they have problems with the reaching of the final product. They told us, that they can not provide us the product, and that they will refund us the money we paid in advance. We gave them our business account, but they said, that they can not refund it on this account due to the reason that China is a Foreign Currency controlled country and bank is rejecting to send USD out of China without export business. They requested for a private account, on which they can refund money back, and we gave it to them. Since then after more than 10 emails and 3 months trying to reach them, we haven’t received any answer. Calling them on their company phone number, they are cutting our calls, or they are speaking only Chinese, so we can not get in contact with anyone.
