User Experience:
Order was placed with Serena Feng on 24 January 2017. Proforma invoice PI20170125S102 was received and full payment made on 3 April. Since then we keep getting told either that the goods have shipped and we will receive tracking details shortly, or that the goods will ship in the next day or two. Emails are not responded to. Telephone is seldom answered. Skype conversations only provide short responses which prove to be false. As of 21 September, supplier still has not provided any documentation to show that goods have shipped or indicated when the goods will ship.

User Recommendations:
In hindsight we should have checked trade references.

  1. The company has since made good by sending us an alternative product. It seems that whatever issues they had with supply have now been resolved.
