Please add this site to the list. Unfortunately we noticed the miss spelled name too late due to not reading properly and using history in our search engines.

We ordered Antminer D3’s from Cyrpto-hardware.online. The sites telephone numbers and live chat (via Zendesk chat) worked perfectly. These guys are VERY good. Every time we got a little doubting during the conversation or proceedings they did something to make us feel at ease.

We went ahead with the transaction and paid a 7.1 Bitcoin deposit via Coinpayments.net. We then got pictures of our stock as well as a picture of the tracking order. That is when we started seeing all the red flags ( yeah only then)! Of course we then started tracking the parcel which is was by all accounts too late but once again we where put at ease as we could see movement of the package.

Now we are dead in the water as you wil see from the last communication from them below addressed to our manager and there has been no movement on the package.

Tracking number on package. ChinaMail has update RH921172986CN, which you can see in the picture of your package. Your other tracking number doesn’t belong to you any more because your order was packed for two orders but later you have been shipped only 5 D3 miners.

I will continue to blacklist this site everywhere until I get either a response from them or our correct equipment arrives and not just an empty box.
Thank you very much for this platform. We might not get our money back or the equipment but at least I won’t let them scam somebody else!
