I bought a Beijing Mejire Aesthetics Science & Technology Co. Ltd

I bought a portable OPT SHR beauty machine MJ602 in February 2017 from Meire (Beijing Mejire Aesthetics Science & Technology Co. Ltd)
MTCN Number 5511002110

On the 24 of May I open and start machine, it didn’t work
From the 24 May – 1 June we did problem solving and they decide to send a new pump
15 June I’ve received the part
15 June – 30 June we tried solving problem send video clips after each step of testing – with no luck I’ve requested that GM Contact me Lauren
we tried solving problem, she said I will be refunded if still not working
12 June, cooling pad was send
3 Aug received part replaced it still not working
9 Aug I ask to confrim that they will credit me as promised, I was infromed that Lauren doesn’t work there anymore there is a new GM and they ask for screen shots to show that she promised me, I did send it though
Then they informed me it is to long since the machine was brought and that they won’t refund it if I send it on my cost.
30 Aug I was instructed to put a screw driver by the fan to prevent is from moving and then send a video so the engineer can hear the sounds
18 Sept I’m instructed that the probllem is with the pump who doesn’t work again total waste of time cause I’ve sned in June the video clips while installing the pump he didn’t picked it up.

Nobody take responsiblility the machine cost me a lot off money and doesn’t work, they give me the following options directly copied from the GM message:

[10:34 AM, 9/18/2017] GM- Javier: Option 1: I suggest you buy a gold eye machine, so that you can send it with the tank
Option 2: You buy a exactly the same machine, when you receive the machine, you refer to this good machine, repair and troubleshooting has been broken that machine, if any accessories have problems, we will send you free of charge
[10:35 AM, 9/18/2017] GM- Javier: Just send a water tank to you, for us, the cost is too high
[10:36 AM, 9/18/2017] GM- Javier: Scenario 3: You send us a bad machine, we get a bad machine after sending a new machine to you
[10:36 AM, 9/18/2017] GM- Javier: If you feel all the programs that you can not accept, you can delete me

What is our protection against these companies that promise warranty without keeping there promise, nobody takes responsibility.
