I came in contact with Amocam technologies and I sent them an email asking for the prices of their door intercom video phone after a few hours one Ms Aree responded to me corresponding on behalf of the company we both exchanged several emails negotiation too place and finally I wasn’t a purchase order I was suppose to buy 30 units from them but considering the fact it is a company I haven’t done business with before I needed to be careful so I reduced it to 10 units I requested for means of payment to be PayPal because I know pay pal is secure I wouldn’t release the money to the buyer until I got the goods and certified it was the exact standard I wanted
she told me they wouldn’t accept PayPal payment that it has to be a wire transfer she provided me the bank account and I contacted my bank here in the USA to make the transfer ..few days before I made the payments she emailed me about two different times asking me if I have made the payments and I said no when it was done I sent her a text message notifying her…
the transfer for $680 was made to her bank on the 8th sept 2017 and on the 9th I noticed the specifications were not the required standard I immediately called my bank to cancel the transaction and I called the seller to communicate but its has really been a problem because she doesn’t speak good English so communication between us has been rough.. only for me to get an email from the seller on the 14th that she received the money and would be shipping out I immediately sent her another email saying I already canceled with my bank and am sure they called your bank too don’t understand how you still got the money but I wouldn’t need her ship the items to me anymore because it wouldn’t be of any use to me its below the required specification needed ..immediately the seller be came so furious and said there is no way she wouldn’t ship.

I said your email said you got the money and would ship tomorrow which means you haven’t shipped so simple stop the shipment . seller said she already dropped it with DHL to ship first thing the next day and I said that’s not problem simply call DHL in the morning to ask them to cancel the shipment and what every little charges they want I would pay that.. because I believe seller buyer relationship is important ..
only for me to get an email from the seller on the 15th sept 2017 which was yesterday that she is sorry to notify me that DHL already shipped the item and she has asked them to return it so when she gets it back she would refund me $350 and she would need me to send her my PayPal account so she can pay it into PayPal that bank wire transfer is always a big problem ..I immediately responded and told her that was impossible and unacceptable by me.

This are my questions
1 I was made to released the items was not shipped in an eelier email by the same seller saying she got the money and item would be shipped the next day..

2 I was also made to understand that the items were dropped with DHL and she was going to call them first thing the next day to stop the shipment

3 I was now made to understand by the same seller that item was already shipped and I would be charged $330 because it already has been shipped

now this are my questions to the seller. Seller claims item were already shipped and it had to be called back so I would have to pay that high charges as shipping cost I was never provided with a tracking number as a buyer for purpose of transparency I was never provided a scanned copy of DHL Receipt from seller to verify her claims as to prove why I would be charged $330 ..
Above all after sending several text messages to seller stating my feelings about how bad I feel as a customer and how bad their company has created an impression in me the seller blocked all my calls from coming to her and also refuse to respond to any of my emails again..

I feel so terrible that I have to experience this from a so called company in china I buy things regularly from companies in china all most all of them have 30 days return policy an this was what I told seller also I live and work in the USA we buy things all the time and return it refund is never a problem I am highly disappointed in this seller and I really don’t understand why a refund should be a problem for goods I didn’t even get in the first place I would please like you to use your good office to help me get my money back from this seller
