User Experience:
The supplier is Shenzhen Begonia Sportswear Co., Ltd. The owner is called Stephen Liu or Gang Liu. I didn’t know he is the only staff in his company from very beginning.

We ordered some polo from his company before by air freight, it was alright. Thus, I tried to give him an opportunity for our second order of fleece hoodies. I was asking FOB price and he did accept.

During the production, the logo was printed badly and he tried to pack them ship to us. We asked him to redo the logo printing, because the logo not even able to see, the colour quality was disgusting. I was helping him source another silk printing factory and the lead time was delayed due to this issue. Then he said the local shipping is too expensive, need us to pay for it. So I provided the contact detail of a cheap and good service local shipping company for him.

After we booked vessel, we were told by our forwarder that he does not have sea freight export license, need him to renew the license at China custom. Therefore we missed that vessel need to book another one, which means there will be additional charges happen after.

When the goods are on the water we need the supplier prepare B/L, he was keep saying that logistic hasn’t provide the document yet after we asked him few times. By the end, when the time we really need to get B/L urgently, he said he does not have any money in his bank account at moment and going to shut his company off. So we paid extra for shipping and logistic eventually, the goods were delivered late. It was a bad experience I had with overseas suppliers ever.

It wasn’t a big money though, but we spent a lot of time and effort on it, such wasted time.

Better to deal with supplier who has profession process, such as the way they selling product, with professionally presented lookbook, have full details of their company in email signature, with different qualifications, check their registration number on China National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (it’s in Chinese)
