we found Inner Mongolia Set Sail Chemical on Alibaba. They introduced themselves as a chemical manufacturer, and so we requested samples of the product. When we analyzed the samples, they were of satisfactory quality. Together with the samples they also sent us their business license . Based on all information Inner Mongolia Set Sail Chemical provided, our company signed a contract for purchasing 25 tons of Sodium hexa meta phophate. We made a pre-payment of 30% right after signing the contract.
When the product finally arrived, it turned out that it wasn’t at all what we asked for in the contract. Instead of selling 25 tons of Sodium hexa meta phophate (as it was stated in the contract and invoices multiple times), they sent us 5 tons of Sodium hexa meta phophate and 20 Ton Calcium Carbonate! The product they sent was of no use and we suffered big losses.
We tried to get in touch with them multiple times to ask for compensation, but they ignored all of our e-mails and did not answer phone calls. Based on all we know, Inner Mongolia Set Sail Chemical is NOT a manufacturer and exists only for scamming their clients.
