Factory owner is a liar and cheat. I have lived in China for years, speak Chinese and worked directly with factories for over 2 years. At every opportunity, this owner CHOSE to lie to me, and cheat me for money. He specifically lied about high product costs (which I found out quickly was false). He lied about sending an engineer to the US to ensure the machine was working properly. Avoid at all costs.. all empty promises with no results.
