I submitted an order for parts, with drawings. They were for an off the shelf component. 1/4 of the parts were shipped and were not functional. Several dimensions were out of tolerance (some by as much as 60% of the nominal dimension, like a 1 inch stud being 1.6 inches, for example). WE contacted the supplier and told them to fix the remaining 3/4 of the parts and send them, then they backed out of their original quote and started trying to leverage a bunch more money for shipping when the original quote included shipping.

I have ordered functioning parts from another supplier in China and they were delivered and work. My takeaway from this is that I should have got a sample before I paid for the parts. And I should not do business with this company ever again.
