We want to dispute and ask Shanghai Lemeng Textile and Garment Co Ltd to respect our terms

1. We agreed to pay them 45 days from B/L date after shipment of the balance 70%
   we paid a deposit already of usd 1185
2. They CHANGE the payment term to be BEFORE shipment because they wanted to put on B/L their company name and NOT our company name
   the exporter is BLOOMING and not LEMENG
3. It seems that the address mentionned on their invoice is not a factory or company address but a HOME address ?
   we asked them 10 times to give us the factory address in order to be check our goods they never reply to us
4. They issue us an invoice to pay which is not according to our PO Purchasing Order
   our order quantity is 420 pcs and they EXTRA charges US more than 15 pieces ?
5. WHY they never explain us clearly…
