1. After issue of PO and copy of Payment, they claimed no payment was received. It took them 10 days to find the payment which they received the day after the payment was made. They delayed production for 10 days.
2. They produced to wrong color and reproduced the item, delay 3 days.
3. they missed 2 weekly vessels for delivery
4. They then booked a non-direct vessel taking 12 instead of 5 days to port.
5. we agreed to airlift the cargo, but they wanted full payment upfront.
6. they shipped the cargo on our TNT account – the most expensive option so they did not have to pay the shipper.
7. despite copies of payment, they withheld the shipment for 5 more days, despite claiming it was released to TNT
8. Compensation worth USD 300 was offered in next order in terms of free production for additional.
