So where do I start with Asia Airsoft .com – I have purchased several items from them over the last few years and until now things have worked out or maybe I was just lucky – they have a decent inventory to pick from and I have chosen to buy from them due to their free shipping and discount for US buyers and their 100% money back refund policy – Well so I thought…. My last purchase from them was a GBB pistol – I purchase the ACP APS CO2 combat pistol with an extra magazine on (4-18-17). The item arrived in a plastic bubble bag (5-10-17) and inside was the APS box with the gun and spare mag inside. My 1st observation was the gun looked to have been used and a little dirty – the mag also- plus the mags did not match as far as end caps- I loaded a CO2 into one of the mags and right away it started to leak from the bottom – the other mag was fine- I loaded 0.25g 6mm bbs into the mag and loaded into the pistol and test fired – the pistol got about 4 shots of before sticking and expelling all of the CO2- I dismantled and added some lubricant and tried again and same thing it got a few shots out before sticking and expelling of the CO2 from the mag – I contacted support at Asia Aisoft (5-10-17) and alerted them to the problem I took a video to show the problem- they responded (5-11-17) and asked “what happened to gun it should not be leaking”

I replied and explained again and described what it was doing – I took a video and sent it to them (5-12-17)- I got no response – I sent another email 2 days later (5-14-17) asking for a response to get my item replaced or refunded they replied (5-15-17) and asked if I know how to replace the piston I replied same day letting them know I am not interested in fixing my own gun – I want them to honor their return policy and asked them to send a return label – no response I sent email (5-18-17) asking them to respond – they replied (5-19-17) asking again if I can fix on my own and they would send a new nozzle – I replied and asked what if that does not fix it what is the plan – got no response so sent another email (5-24-17) telling them I was going to open a case with PayPal – they replied (5-25-17) and said they were sending out the replacement nozzle and asked me to close the case – I asked what are you sending they said parts – I said if it does not work then I want a refund or replacement – I spoke to PayPal and they instructed me to return the item and they would charge them back for the refund –I sent the item back and had to pay the shipping of another $32 – they told paypal it was resolved and paypal closed the case without refunding me my money – I am in talks with them as well as Asia Airsoft now has my money and my product – I am extremely upset and dissatisfied with this whole process.

I sent multiple emails to them with no reply and just recently they sent an email to let me know they created a special coupon for me of 8% off my next purchase- great but I don’t care to buy from them again and 8% really?
