User Experience:
After working with this vendor for several years and placing six large orders, we established a high level of trust and confidence. Up to this point, quality was excellent. However, on the 7th order, one of our largest, 75% of the order was completely defective and not sellable. The vendor refused to acknowledge the problem despite us sending pictures which clearly showed the level of defects at hand. Even though our contract’s terms & conditions clearly outline the protocol for when this happens, the vendor refused to honor any of them and simply walked away. The material of the socks was inferior, sizing was extremely inconsistent and our logos were all sewn on crooked, upside down, or not at all. Additionally, all of the header tags had a spelling error. We lost upwards of $15,000 on this order when it was all said and done.

You must go the extra mile with 3rd party inspections. Pay for the best option possible in order to ensure that your goods are not defective BEFORE they ship and you release any funds to the vendor.
