I am very sorry to say but I placed an order and received the materials from China supplier
1. iron man head big – 20 pieces
2. Iron man head small – 20 pieces
3. Iron man hand – 20 pieces,
4. Iron man arc reactor – 20 pieces
5. Captain America shield – 20 pieces
on Saturday 29th July 2017.

My point of contact was Cherry from Hongkong Xinwang Electronic Technology Limited

You can trace the order placed by me and the payment was done in advance – 100 % payment
but the materials received were
1. not as per specification. I received 14.9 GB instead of 16GB.
2. some of the materials were defective
3. some of the materials were broken
4. some materials were not as per my request ( I received iron man big head (red Color) instead of the Blue and white head
5. some of the materials were not having the lights ( in the head eyes ) as mentioned in the PI.
6. The USB’s are corrupt and do not store the data they way it needs to.

Now no one from your side ( Ms. Cherry ) is responding to my messages
I have the complete chat history that the materials have 3 years warranty and the same has been mentioned on their PI
I have to sell this material further based on the order with me and now the client is totally frustrated

The client does not pay me for the materials as he says its substandard and not as per the specifications

I wish to have a solution ASAP
