I ordered hair from Blackin hair company to the value of R1678.00 on 17 July 2017. The sales agent who helped me is Sammi. The agreement was for me to wait two weeks as the hair I ordered was out of stock. After two weeks passed I contacted Sammi and she asked if I can wait another week. I agreed. After a third week, I asked for a refund because I couldn’t wait longer. She agreed and said I’d be refunded after 2 days. After 2 days I contacted her and she insisted that the hair would be delivered to me within 5 days. I refused and insisted on my refund. She promised to contact her financial manager and I am now waiting on their response.
