We had a very bad experience with supplier company name Hebei Shut Xiao Import and Export Trade Co Ltd in China. We opened LC at sight on 30th may 2017 after receiving the proforma invoice from the supplier. Once LC opened they started to making the excuses and saying that they do not supply the goods as they are not feasible with the LC terms & conditions. We request them to accept the LC cancellation request sent from our bank and we will open new LC after cancellation of the issued LC and from last 30 days they are making the excuses that they accept the LC cancellation request in their bank and pay USD150 as their bank charges but still waiting for the LC cancellation swift message as there bank of china is busy.
We not received the goods and issued LC expired on 30th June 2017. We know that bank of china is the biggest bank in china and no bank in this world take too much time in cancelling the LC once shipper accept the LC cancellation request. We told them that we register there name in black list suppliers and then they told us the truth as they not accept the cancellation and telling us lie from starting last more than 30 days.
