Contacted to get some old LCD backlight controller. Electronics-IC confirmed availability, sent a proforma which was promptly paid by us. No news from then on. No goods, no answers, telephone calls returned always busy tone.

Last email from them:
Dear xxx,
Thanks for your respond, please check our pro-forma invoice(#xxxxx) and bank details as enclosed.
The payment is TT in advance, the Incoterm is CFR.
After your payment done, please send me the bank receipt, then I will check with our accounting and let you know once the payment received.
Please kindly note the items will be shipped to you via DHL within 3 days after payment received.
After we ship out the items, I will send you the tracking number for your reference. And you will receive the items in about 2-3 days.
