After engaging with the supplier for over a month and sorting out specification requirements we opted for a sample consignment. We engaged with them to send a sample which we paid for in full. The sample was well received to specification.
After we started engaging for bigger consignment of 5 Tons. We then agreed on the price and paid in full as upfront payment was one of the terms.
For the first month, we engaged with the client and was told that product is being prepared and in production. After a while, all went quite and we received no correspondence. We then called the company by telephone and were assured that all is in order and we will receive information for shipping soon.
After about a week they were not taking our calls and responding to any emails. All went dead. We have not heard from them again.
User Recommendations:
Use the services of a lucrative and well known 3rd party agent to handle ground work and factory checks in China and appoint a company to do 3rd party inspection.
I’ve been contacted by them to make an order which we won’t. Thank you for your report. They are liars b/c there is no such thing as “list of country control of foreign exchange” – see my email quote below:

Our company YZPV has a production line for pipe. Fro it’s production we need a material – granule. We found a supplier on the Internet, namely on Alibaba website. The supplier’s name is Dalian Bate Import Export Co., Ltd. We made some check and the company was not on the blacklist of the Chinese suppliers and is trusted dealer of raw materials. We ordered two containers of granule HDPE PERT QHM 22F Virgins from them. We made the prepayment on the sum of 13 000 US dollars. When they told that it is ready for shipment, one of the owner bought a flight ticket and was ready to go to China to control the whole process. However, when he was already at the airport, somebody from the supplier’s company called and told that the granule was not ready on that moment. After, they told that there is no sense to come to China and to check the loading of the granule and that they will hire a company, which will do the check and verify that they send as the right material. The company’s name, which did the inspection is SGS. After the loading of granule and the confirmation of the firm SGS, that everything is alright we send another sum of money – 37 000 US dollars. On August 14, 2017 our container was delivered Ukraine, Kharkiv. And only after we got a white send instead of HDPE granule we understood that it was a scam and that Dalian Bate Import Export Co., Ltd are total swindlers. Moreover, we paid for customs clearance of this white send.
