User Experience:
TSky Co Ltd seemed to be well established and reliable specialist in all kinds of GPS products with rich existing customer portfolio and good recommendations. However, it does not say anything about how the company manages in crisis.

Sport watch products we have ordered turned out to have hidden defects that no q/c or inspection could find out straight after production.

First of all the watch housing is made of defective components plus (probably) has mechanical design faults. The majority of the stock we have sold were returned to our after sales with broken bracelets/housing and replaced several times.

Secondly, sports watches we have ordered were supposed to be designed also for swimming sports and supplier has guaranteed water resistance. Unfortunately, most of the delivered units do not have even basic water resistance. Again lots of units keep returning to our after sales.

TSky Co Ltd has confirmed that quality issues are their fault when we have made a warranty claim over 2 years ago. They were very friendly and helpful at the beginning and showed a lot of dedication to compensate for losses and resolve the situation quickly (as defects made sales impossible to continue). However, they kept on delaying repairing the damage and were intentionally stalling processing of our claim. After those 2 years, our stock of defective products become nearly obsolete and our patience runs out. We have decided to terminate sales contract and return goods to the supplier. At this moment TSky has terminated all contact with us and stopped replying all of our attempts to resolve the current situation.

Additionally:
TSky Co Ltd still has not delivered all of the contracted goods and keeps our deposit. They have agreed to refund the deposit for unfulfilled part of order but never actually paid it back, despite our multiple reminders.

TSky has still not delivered full contracted software for their products, so sports watches we have received were never completed.

User Recommendations:
If you are considering working with TSky, you should know that in a case of any defect with their product, you are on your own. They will promise you everything you want to hear but never deliver. No matter how patient you are.

If you still think you could be more lucky than us, at least consider starting with very small orders and wait several months to check how product behave in real market conditions. Quality control can never reveal hidden defects and design issues.

Additionally, never believe that any kind of companion applications or software features will be delivered later on with updates once you pick up your goods and pay most of your balance. This is typical “sell and forget” business approach.
