When the probe arrived at me, it was bad quality and not the same that was advertised to me.I open a dispute through Alibaba.com and then agreed with the supplier to return it back and send me another probe.I sent the probe through DHL but they did not send me the another probe. I asked for the refund and they agreed verbally but they did not refund me.Each day they will promise me something but they do not do it.I spent so far 3 months negotiating with the supplier and kept procrastinating. Now they do not even respond to me.
