02 May 2016 IMDF issued PI for 2 containers of roasted buckwheat (contact person was Anastasia Chelnovaya). Payment has been made in amount 19125usd same day.

Anastasia informed several times that containers should be shipped nearest time. Particularly 01 June 2016 she informed containers departure date will be 04 June 2016. In fact, there were no any goods ready for shipment.
After few months of empty promises and communication, IMDF signed Amicable Contract Termination agreement dated 03 August 2016. IMDF obliged to pay back full prepayment amount.

Negotiation keeps going on for the period August 2016 – February 2017 with Du Kai personally. Numerous additional agreements to split/postpone payments OR/AND ship goods were concluded. Unfortunately, all obligations weren’t fulfilled by DUKAI. He was unable to pay any amount and just give more promises. Sometimes he even blame us for his problems and tries to threaten.
We have on hands Signed PI, confirmation of payment receipt, signed Amicable Contract Termination Agreements and correspondence as proofs.

Анастасия не единожды информировала о выходе запланированном выходе контейнеров в ближайшие дни. В частности, 01 июня 2016 она проинформировала дата выхода контейнеров будет 04 июня 2016. Де факто, даже не было товара для готового к отгрузке.
После нескольких месяцев переносов и переговоров было подписано Дополнительное Соглашение о Аннулировании Сделки и возврате полной суммы предоплаты (03 августа 2016).
Переписка о возвратном платеже продолжались в период Август 2016 – Февраль 2017 непосредственно с г-ном Дукаем лично. Было согласовано бесчисленное количество дополнительных договоренностей о частичной рассрочке/отсрочке платежа И/ИЛИ отгрузке товара. К сожалению, ни одна из договоренностей не была выполнена Дукаем. Он не в состоянии оплатить любую сумму и лишь давал новые обещания. Иногда также обвинял нашу компанию в его проблемах и прибегал к угрозам.
В качестве доказательст есть выставленный счет, подтверждения получения оплаты, подписанное Соглашение о Аннулировании Сделки, а также многочисленная переписка.
