We requested the supplier to quote on 3.5″ Air Fresheners with Pine Scent.
The supplier quoted 3.5″ air freshener with Pine scent (Their own photo of a Pine tree was referenced). PO was issued and payment sent. The air fresheners were custom printed. The proof came but with metric dimensions only. The metric was not converted for checking and so was approved.
The air fresheners arrived but were only 3 1/8″ and the air fresheners had pineapple scent.
Erosbon was contacted for replacement and then stated they do not make a 3 1/2″ and cannot supply a pine scent. Only Pineapple.
Erosbon then offered to pay for our cost of replacement but only with evidence of reorder with another supplier. (for less money)
When evidence was provided they changed their position to only pay half, and only if we reordered from them.
My experience was that they placed a minimal value on correcting their misrepresentations, so long as they can keep the money. That was their primary concern even when warned about my placing a review here.
User Recommendations:
Check proofs more carefully. While many suppliers on Global are reputable, their rating there may only reflect the time in business or how much they pay for that rating.
There are many suppliers who will not honor their promise and actually try and fool you into paying for something they cannot supply. There is no consumer rating system on Global, only their own rating. This is a big problem when the company they pay to advertise rates their own customers. Do place small test orders first.
