I received a mail saying they are reputed Yarn manufacturers in China and they are supplying all types of yarns, hence we have asked for a sample and paid a postage fee of 38 USD and received the sample in 10 days.

Then we have ordered 15 Tons of Cotton Yarn as CIF contract to Chennai, India port. We have made payment for 5940 US Dollars on 21st April 2017 as an advance amount (30%) on ordering 15 Tons of Cotton Yarns. The total worth of the product is agreed to be 19800 US Dollars.

They have delayed this production and when asking them multiple times on the goods, on May 26th, 2017 we got the reply that they have lost the order and they will initiate the production again and will deliver the goods in another 10 days. Hence it is non-acceptable reply; we have asked to cancel the order and provide the refund and give them our bank account details. Initially, they have accepted to refund in 10 days. Now, when we try to reach them by mail or over the phone they are not responding to us.

Don’t trust this supplier. Before ordering the goods, do visit their manufacturing unit once, if possible. Else pay the amount through bank guarantee option.
