Shenzhen manufactures and sells bad goods that do not match the original colors and dimensions.
Agents Paul Huang and Mr Jake are not competent to discuss the characteristics of the equipment. The device paid me $ 304 in month 2 and $ 72 in return. I returned the device to the sender’s address from Singapore as it was on the bundle.
From Shenzhen claim I sent the wrong address. Alibaba took a subjective approach and stood on the side of the Chinese firm, believing that I was guilty.

1. Do not ever buy from Shenzhen because their products are bad and the agents are not competent
2. Avoid shopping through Alibaba because you will not be protected in case of dispute
