I purchased Polyester Open End Yarn 1×20 trial order from Saida Industrial Company Ltd. They routed the sale through their sister company “Shandong Kemeier Trading Company Ltd” through their Invoice
KM 20170313 dated 13th March 2017 for USD 12,170.00. Since business was through LC Sight the seller had negotiated the LC and collected payment long before the cargo arrives in Spain. We received the container on 18th March 2017. On opening the container we found there were few waste yarn cones and many bricks and stones. We informed the seller who expressed shock and informed they will refund the money. We submitted to them all pictures, documents, and insurance survey report. They do not have any intentions to pay as now they are silent about making payment. They will claim insurance also and laugh at their victims as in China the laws are very lax for economic/industrial scams.

Never ever trust a Chinese Company if you have not visited them personally and investigated their credibility. To further safeguard your interest buy only C&F basis. Arrange insurance yourself so that in such cases atleast you get your money back.
