I am just making you aware of my situation with Seksoul Technology Shenzhen Co Ltd. and advise you to avoid them at any cost. Here is my story:

I was new to the Alibaba and Ms. Betty Zhang (+8618792897195) and their boss (+8613714954196) found a perfect opportunity to rob me. They talk very nicely, in the beginning, offers a very competitive or lower than a market price and ask you to pay with the Western Union to their private account because they do not accept Alibaba Trade Assurance. I ordered goods worth $660 and paid by WU because they were Gold Suppliers and verified by Alibaba and Alibaba told me to not worry. So, I placed the order because the company said – you will receive tracking details in 2-3 business day. But, they provided tracking number after 7 days of my continuous messages for a tracking number. I was already aware of something fishy going on here. So, I waited another 7 days to see tracking updates which never updated. I filed Alibaba dispute claim on 18th or 20th day and Today is the 36th day after I placed my order and still no updates in tracking or no refund of my money.

I’m contacting them every day, filed Alibaba disputes, and warned them about legal procedures. The results are – they don’t use to reply anymore and blame DHL with the reason that package is held at Hongkong Customs (DHL says – they never received goods else tracking would show – package accepted at DHL facility). Secondly, Alibaba ruled the case in my favor and assured me that they will ban that company profile. However, I know from what other says – I’ll never get my money back, and they will open another Alibaba account. That’s why I want you to keep all details about this company – Phone numbers (which I provided earlier) + below are new company numbers. Try to AVOID!
