If you are thinking of buying #oneplus #phone, I’d rather suggest you buying anything else and throwing those thoughts right into #trash. I have never had more problems with any other phone than this one. There are tons of reasons not to buy their devices since it has bugs and failures like no other device, for example, touch screen stopped working, phone restarts itself on random bases, battery life less than a day, phone doesn’t show missed calls, phone prevents you from answering incoming call, when people call you-you can’t hear them or when you call them they can’t hear you, camera works like shit, … and the TOP? Well, each time you try to solve it with customer center they make you go through #jeopardy of #testing that lasts even 2 #months until they suggest giving you a new #device. Moreover, the new device has same or other #issues that will prevent you from using the phone or its #basic #featuers like #calling! This usually starts within half a year of usage. So after 3 returned devices, tons of patience with their approach and billions of #problems with their devices, as well as lost time and money I just asked for reimbursement as the laws of EU force them to, and what they do? They decline the request and suggest repairing the device when I send it to them. When I refused this offer. They started ignoring me and not answering my emails. When I called the customer center they just threw the problem into the nowhere… because their 2nd level specialist is working on it and get it fixed ASAP… after more than a week of waiting for their ASAP solution, I have enough! Thanks, +OnePlus! Really thanks! Your #services SUCK!
Just don’t buy from this company. Choose a better phone and you’ll save yourself from all the trouble with supplier, device or their customer center.
