Communication was great until we paid by the Western Union, then all but a few emails were exchanged. They quit responding to emails and phone calls. Finally, we got a tracking number and it is fake USPS tracking number when my contract states it will be DHL and DHL has no info on the tracking. My contract states it will ship within 2 days of them receiving my money. Well they have my money and it’s been 4 weeks now and I still get not info from this company and no communication from them.
I have requested a refund and that has not been done yet either order placed may 30,2017 money received and picked up by ZEMING ZHAO May 30, 2017. 5/30/2017, 5/31/2017, 06/01/2017,06/04/2017, 06/05/2017,06/07/2017, 06/18/2017, 06/21/2017 emails sent and some days they received more than 1 email in that day.
Phone calls made 4 times no one answered then finally the 5th time a lady answered said she would get it right out to us, but we still haven’t received the order or refund.

Do not buy from overseas they are not honest people and will steal your money and not deliver the products you order.
