We are a company which sells USB, micro SD cards and OTG USB drives for Android and iPhone. I made several imports. All the time we have been searching best price and good quality within “alibaba.com” site and contact with suppliers. Because USB and chip prices always changing. So we keep always searching for finding the best price and good quality.

We found NOBEFLY company in “alibaba.com” site and we trust “nobefly company” and its seller or owner (we don’t know) Ms. Jessie Huang. Because company seems in Alibaba GOLDEN SUPPLIER. Reall name of this lady is Lingjie Huang.

For sure we want a sample and contact name. All have come to our office officially. There were business card inside cargo with sample. The sample was perfect as we wish. Then we start a business.

We ordered 1700 pcs of USB and OTG totally. paid %40 advance. After production finished she send pictures of my goods, USB shells, packings etc. They seem good. Then we paid rest of payment and products come to my country/office (Turkey)

But when I checked the real capacity of USB/OTG chips inside. I saw them all of chips inside are 4 GB capacity. But we had ordered 8 and 16 GB capacity. All chips were upgraded from 4 GB to 8 and 16 GB. And Chips are all no name chips. Normally They promised branded chips they use in all their manufacturing.

We warned her that we never want UPGRADED CHIPS before trading. We can detect them easily and we will send back good if any trouble. She accepted and put a note in our invoice “If there is any quality problem of the USB, couldn’t we promise to replace for customer.”

But now, we can’t reach any telephone number, wechat number, skype anything. I send back my goods China/Shenzhen couldn’t find anybody who replaces my goods.

But we didn’t give up as a bad job. Our Chinese friends who work with us, go to address which is written in Alibaba in Shenzhen. But nobody was there. THERE IS NO COMPANY IN THIS ADDRESS. ONLY FARMERS LIVING AREA IN SHENZHEN. Our friend went to the airport for finding sent registered address. And find one more addressed that my good send from this addressed. But this flat is also empty. no body living inside.

This lady and company (Shenzhen Noblefly Import&Export Co Ltd) STILL ACTIVE IN ALIBABA AND STILL ACTIVE IN WECHAT, SKYPE.
