I was shown equipment and received detailed descriptions. I had an independent third party inspect the machine and received a report that the machine was of good quality and specifications. Then when the machine was to be shipped, the supplier changed the machine to an unusable piece of garbage. When I brought up concerns when something seemed a little unusual the seller had valid explanations for the concerns before the sale. After they shipped the garbage there is no response. They are obviously professional con artists.

I searched the internet for scams from this company and only found 1 here. But, they had a good explanation of why the complaint was here and it seemed valid. After all, “you can’t keep every customer happy”, and as a business owner, I know that can be difficult. I wish there was more scam reporting. Also, a way to verify with the complainer. Don’t pay any money to China for equipment unless you are there to watch it be loaded and shipped. They are running the same scam under several different company names.
