I had been doing business with an individual and company (Esther Yao from Dress made in China) and after years of full containerized business with Esther, she failed to manufacture and ship a container, she told me she took the money to help her ailing father. I told her I would never do business with her again. Then, an Adrian Jung reached out to me to “fix” the problem Esther had created. In order for them to insure we would get 45k of value they were to manufacture, load and ship a 45HQ of product. They had sent us samples of the product and we agreed to purchase at a substantial discount so I could retrieve my loss 45k through margin of sales. Once we sent the balance, they releases the container. Inside the container they through in a whole bunch of non-sellable products and while they said they had ALL the import approvals for customs they did not, therefore, customs seized the cargo and had to destroy it because out attempts to reach KSODR went unanswered even when we offered to pay the 12k fee to get the “registered” I heard nothing after repeat phone, email, website submission attempts. They have just recently reached out again and said their employee who I was working with did me a “very bad service” and they would like to “fix” it.
I had done business with these individuals for years, I am not sure my scenario is the norm. I would recommend “Skype meetings” and production and loading photos and always be sure the manufacturer has the Importing credentials to ship the product well in advance to loading a container.
