User Experience:
These was my 3rd order to the supplier. After paying deposit 20%, supplier denied to supply and said the price mentioned in PI changed and he cannot supply on mentioned price. These they were doing after accepting deposit and proving PI for order. Later it was agreed that after CNY prices will come down then supplier will provide material. After CNY again they denied to supply saying raw material cost are up. We even agreed to take some new model other than mentioned PI which they can supply but initially they were responding on We Chat but as soon as we confirmed our order for new model they stopped responding and taking our calls. We even wrote messages that if we do not get reply we will sue them for not returning deposit still there was no reply from them. As we are not having signed PI from them we are helpless and cannot do anything legally against them.

User Recommendations:
Once dealer sends you PI in the form of word or excel file, do not accept it. Ask them to take print and sign and stamp and send PI. Also try to sign a contract with them with arbitration and other clauses clearly mentioned on it.
