On March 21, 2017 our company placed an order of 20 metric tonnes of tin ingots with HEBEI LINGSHUO BIOLOGICAL TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. It was based on their official quote and the PO that we sent them. We prepaid 25% of the order in the amount of $35 360 as per our agreement. On March 28th they confirmed via email that they received the payment. We were always communicating with Agela. They promised in the email that the tin ingots would be ready in 5 days and we would arrange inspection.
Since then they came up with many different excuses and reasons why they still don’t have our tin. We sent them an official notice of Breach and Termination of PO and demanded our money back. It’s been 57 days since they have had our money and there is no tin and they wouldn’t return our money. They said that they sent our money to the factory and when they return it to them they will return it to us.
This has been a terrible experience.
