DINODIRECT intended to cheat their customer.
i ordered product tablet “Teclast x98 plus 3G -z8300 ram4G rom 64G” (USD$245) from DinoDirect.com. 6 weeks later i got is the “Teclast x98 plus II” which is the Low COST Model; cheaper than $USD90.
DINODIRECT accepted they False but no responsibility, they said it’s confused model.
DinoDirect said:
“…We got your email that we sent you the wrong item.We checked this with our shipping department that we do sent you the wrong item. There are 2 different types of this item in our wearhouse and we sent you the wrong one. But as you can see , the item is still in good quality and good condition.Will you keep the item and we would like to refund you USD$10 as the compensation, is that ok?”

The price different is $USD90 but Dinodirect offset me only $USD10. they send me email
as a robot. The most important Dinodirect say everything WITHOUT read my replied email.!

After that the DISPUTE system of the http://DinoDirect.com Disappear, Move to Zone Problem solved. Approximately 60 days Waste me.

I Try to open dispute system many times. They open for a while, then Disappear form Dispute zone , Move to Solved Problem.

Until now DinoDirect Does not reply or act nothing to me.
