We received their quotation, with prompt delivery terms. We asked if the initial order with “payment on receipt” can be acceptable. They declared that advance payment is the only way, and not to worry.
After receipt of money, they only stated that they will check their warehouses!
No shipments and no delivery and no reponse at all!
