User Experience:
We have been producing with the company fro a year when we first noticed while visiting, one of the models they produced for us, sitting in their showroom where they store stuff to be shown to other clients as well as their own brand. They fobbed us off with some lame excuse, but we stayed alert. We kept checking their website regularly and after 6 months we saw our model produced under their name selling on their website, made of cheap, split leather for a cheap price. We stopped producing with them and asked for our templates back in either phial or digital form- they declined. To this day, May 2107, we have not received anything back, including our hot stamp. They never wanted to sign the contract we presented to them and always said that the templates belonged to us after charging the triple price for the making of them. In the end they completely ignored us.
We have another 2 factories producing for us and will be doing every single bag they used to produce for us, all over again with them.
