I had bought an Shr multifunctional machine from Monica (sales person) and Mr David Wang, I must admit the service initially was very impressive in order for me to go ahead with the purchase, including the 1st year excellent service even when my board shorted and blew I had a technician check and remove and shipped it over, they repaired and sent back(although I think I should have been covered in the guarantee and should have sent a new one… However I went ahead with it being repaired).
Now comes the other side in the 2nd year I somewhat get a different side of everyone in the company nobody wants to help anymore, I have come to realize my machine doesn’t seem be working in the sense of giving results, it was expected to give results within 5-6/6-8 treatments and I have done upto 12 some even 15 treatments per client and their hair is growing back as normal as was, after they completed the long course… I have asked them on numerous occasions why is this so, they have no idea….. I had a technician come out and test it and apparently the Shr handle doesn’t deliver the required energy which is selected, it is less than half according to the meter used to test eg. If I put in 40 ipl the meter shows that it is around 17+/-, and the power running in the cord does not go all the way to the lamp, 2ndly the handle doesn’t cool at all which I asked them many times, eventually I bought a new cooling plate and still no cooling, water circulation was tested and all good, now what my technician needs to know is how to adjust or increase the settings either on the board or software and this is 5 in 1 machine and needs proper instructions, David say he does not know and now ignore all my messages, mails, Skype calls, they will be online on whatsapp and they will not open my messages to read it an ignore, and if they do read it they don’t reply, I have sent formal mails to complain still no reply, I made contact with other sales ladies they reply assuming I am a new client and then when I tell them my problem and ask for assistance they stop all contact, my machine has a 3 year guarantee and I am only on 2nd year, I have a full history and proof of all my mails and whatsapp conversations and messages being ignored since this year from Monica, David Wang, Annie…… They no longer seem to want help, my technician asked for a service manual as all other China companies supply to assist them to service Monica says they don’t have, the engineer knows it of his head but yet when I ask to message him I get ignored again.

I apologize for long story but that’s how long and how much problems I am having with them, I amextremely disappointed in the pathetic service from them, I am now sitting with a machine which I can’t fix or use as they don’t want to help plus it doesn’t work, how can I treat clients and waste their money knowing they won’t get results.

I also asked them to give references of anyone who has their machine who might be able to help as to why my clients are no getting results, they said I am the only person in South Africa with their Machine, however reading other complaints seems not.

As Im now starting to believe what someone told me don’t buy from China, they machines are made to last 1 year only and you get their attention only for 1 year, thereafter all they want is for you to buy another machine, new sale is what they want, not repairs and services.
I don’t recommend anyone to support them as they not trustworthy to keep up to their word and fulfill the agreement and guarantee service.
